If you happen to change your mind after you’ve received the tiles you ordered, don’t worry! You can return the tiles within 14 days of the purchase, making sure they are not damaged and in their original package, along with the receipt.
The full refund will be issued to your original payment method or the goods can be exchanged for a replacement of your choice. You are responsible for the delivery costs for the return of the goods. We can arrange for the goods to be returned using our carrier, or we can make arrangements through Palletline. You can also arrange the return delivery yourself with a carrier of your choice.
Please note that every return is charged £ 25.
We reserve the right to not refund you if the goods are not returned within 14 days, if the goods are damaged and not in a resalable condition, or if you don’t have proof of purchase.
