RETURNS & DELIVERY
If your goods are faulty or defective, we require immediate notification, along with pictures of damage. In order for us to process any refund or exchanges you must return the good within 14 days of purchase.
If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days, provided the goods are in their original condition, along with your receipt as proof of purchase. Your refund will be issued in the form of your original payment method, or the goods may be exchanged for a replacement of your choice, for the same amount as original order. You are responsible for the delivery costs for the return of the goods.
We can arrange for the goods to be returned using our carrier, through Palletline, or you can also arrange the return delivery yourself with a carrier of your choice.
Please note every return carries a charge of £25.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- The goods are not returned within 14 days
- The goods are damaged, or not in original condition
- You fail to provide proof of purchase.
Please contact us for more information regarding deliveries within The United Kingdom. Deliveries are carried out by a third party, that requires necessary arrangements are made in advance to receive delivery.
You are qualified for a Next Day Delivery if your order has been placed before 11 AM, if the tiles are currently in stock, and if the delivery address is in London. The delivery price is £45 +VAT per pallet.
If your address is outside London, the delivery may take up to 3 working days. If your order is out of stock at our London Warehouse at the time of your order, it may take up to 20 days to receive your product as they will be coming directly from Spain.
All orders require a signature on delivery, and will arrive on a wooden pallet that requires suitable access, such as a curbside.
