Which credit card is acceptable?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Do you check any private information?

Upon placing order your private information will be checked. This process is solely for your and the company.

How do you know the information is valid?

When making the order, all information you give [billing address/ phone number] must be identical to the information on your credit card issued by the bank.

What If I cannot make any purchases online?

Additional method for placing an order is by phone. Contact us and provide us with the details and type of tiles you need, and our support team will make sure you are offered the best deal and service.

When can I call?

Our sales team is available Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.

Can I return the purchased tiles?

Yes. Every customer has a period of 14 days to return the ordered tiles if they do not match the terms that were arranged prior to the delivery. You will receive full refund or you can ask for replacement.

The goods must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. You must return the products with a receipt as a proof of purchase.

Please note that every return is charged £25.

We reserve the right not to refund if the Products are deemed as not being in a resaleable condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the Products are returned after the 14 day period. If you have any other question please feel free to contact us via telephone on 020 3627 2111.
